15 year old Jaylen Fryberg (pictured above), a member of the Tulalip Native-American tribe, entered his school cafeteria yesterday morning around 10.41 am, walked over to a table, pulled out a gun and shot five students. He killed one, injured four, who are in critical condition at the hospital, and then he took his own life by shooting himself in the head with his father's gun.

SAD: Iranian woman hanged for killing 'man who tried to rape her'

 27 year old Reyhaney Jabbari (pictured above), was executed today October 25th by hanging in Iran 7 years after she killed a man that she claimed had attempted to rape her. Reyhaney was sentenced to death in 2009 for the stabbing death of Morteza Abdolali Sarbandi, a former intelligence officer.

A court ruled that she killed Morteza on purpose because she had bought the knife two days before she stabbed him in the back with it. In her defence, Reyhaney said she'd stabbed the man out of self defence. The court overruled her claims and sentenced her to death, a ruling which was upheld by Iran's Supreme court.

Man Accused of Impregnating Daughter Says ‘My Neighbours want to Destroy Me’

Residents of a 10-room apartment building in Alagbado area of Lagos, have always suspected that something sinister was going on in the apartment of their bricklayer neighbour, Mr. Ismaila Ladoja, a native of Oyo State.

But according to a report on PUNCH, none of them could take the responsibility of reporting the matter to the police.

In a bizarre story that has produced accusations and counter-accusations by the accused man, the residents of the house alleged that Ladoja was sleeping with his 22-year-old daughter, Ife. According to them, after confronting him a number of times, he denied the accusation each time.

A mother poisoned herself and her two young daughters by drinking acid after falling out with her live-in mother and father-in-law, an inquest has heard.

WOW: Obama meets & hugs first nurse to contract Ebola in the US (Photos)

 Nurse Nina Pham, the first person to contract Ebola in the US met with president Obama at The White yesterday afternoon where she received a hug from him.

Nina, who contracted Ebola while treating Liberian Thomas Eric Duncan at the Emory University hospital in Texas, is now free from the virus after being successfully treated at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda. When President Obama heard she was Ebola-free, he sent word to her asking if he could hug her and she agreed to meet him.

Obama urges FG, Boko Haram to respect ceasefire deal

United States President, Barrack Obama, on Tuesday urged all the parties involved in the ceasefire deal brokered between the federal government and the Boko Haram sect to be faithful to the dictates of the agreement.

President Obama, who disclosed this through the deputy spokesperson of the State Department, Ms. Marie Harf, in Washington DC, noted that it would be a thing of joy for the American government if the federal government and members of the Boko Haram sect maintain such a ceasefire.

Folly Coker Denies Romantic Affair With Tiwa Savage, Says He’s Not Owner Of Mavin Records (Photo)

Folly Coker, the upwardly-mobile senior aide of Gov Babatunde Fashola, who was rumoured to be dating sensational singer, Tiwa Savage, has described the tale as untrue.

Panic Erupts at Burial Ceremony after Dozens of Women Find out Late Romeo had AIDS (Photos)

 Dozens of young women in a Romanian town are awaiting the results of an HIV test after discovering at the funeral of a local Romeo that he had been suffering from Aids.

According to DailyMail, the funeral of Daniel Decu, 24, which was attended by many of his lovers when he was buried this week turned into an angry shouting match when it was revealed he had contracted the disease.

Although he was registered as living with the condition it only became known to the public when an
autopsy was carried out and a coroner's report published. And incredibly, it was also revealed that when a local doctor in the town tried to warn people he was suffering from the disease, he was threatened with a lawsuit by the man's mother.

 Former Nollywood actress, Regina Askia has joined the fight against Ebola in the United States.

The also former beauty queen who now works as a nurse in New York took to her Facebook page to announce the brave news. According to Regina, her initial job was to find volunteers that will work at the Ebola center. Her male colleagues accepted the offer at $200 - N32,000 per hour. 2-year-old Becomes First Ebola Victim in Mali (CNN reports)

A 2-year-old girl in Mali has been diagnosed with Ebola, making her the West African country's first confirmed case.

CNN reports that the girl was brought to Mali from neighboring Guinea, where the outbreak this year is believed to have started. The girl, whose father died of Ebola, was taken to the hospital in Kayes after a nurse noticed she was suffering from what appeared to be Ebola-like symptoms. A test confirmed the girl has Ebola.

Health Ministry spokeswoman Markatie Daou said:

"The girl is still in the hospital in Kayes together with members of her family who might have been exposed to the virus," she said.

Diamond Bank CEO/GMD resigns to pursue political ambition (Photos)

Photo: Pastor arrested for snatching cars at gunpoint

A district pastor of a church in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, has been remanded by a Lagos Magistrate’s Court sitting in Ikeja.The 37-year-old pastor, Adebambo Adetunji, was alleged to be one of the gang members, who robbed motorists at the Ojota Bus stop, between April and July, 2014.

 Punch learnt that Adetunji and other suspects, who were still on the run, were notorious for snatching cars and robbing victims of their valuables at gun point.

Our correspondent gathered that a Toyota Camry and a Mercedes Benz ML320 , were diverted by the suspected robbers, who were said to have also used cutlasses in their operations.

Boko Haram Releases Abducted Women in Adamawa (Photos)

There are reports that Boko Haram insurgents, who abducted about 50 women and girls from two border villages between Adamawa and Borno states have freed the women among their captives.

This was disclosed in an interview by villagers, who spoke on the issue with newsmen on the telephone from their hide-outs. They however, said that the exact number of those released could not be ascertained, but that no fewer than 45 girls were still being detained.
