If there was any tension between former husband and wife Kris and Caitlyn Jenner, they left it behind to put on a united front for their daughter, Kylie Jenner. Kylie turns 18 Aug 10th and celebrating at the first of a number of get togethers for her birthday,her family went for dinner at Nobu Restaurant in Malibu on Friday night.
