Champions League: Chelsea Drops Eto'o As 19 Players Depart For France, SEE If Mikel Makes Team

Ahead of their UEFA Champions League first leg quarter final match against French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain, PSG, holding on Wednesday at the Parc des Prince in France, Chelsea have dropped striker Samuel Eto'o from their team.Continue.....

A squad of 19 players departed London for France on Tuesday with the Cameroonian player conspicuously missing.

Eto'o sustained a hamstring injury in the 6-0 win over Arsenal.Apart from Eto'o, other players left out were left back Ashley Cole (knee ligament), Nemanja Matic and Egyptian international Mohamed Salah (cuptied).

However, Brazilian midfielder Ramires who is serving his three game suspension in the premier league will be available for the 2145 hours local time kick off.Nigerian midfielder John Mikel Obi also made the trip.
