R&B Justin Bieber Sued By Egging Victims For Assault And Battery

Justin Bieber thought he had put last year's egging incident behind him when he pleaded no contest to the vandalism. But now the owners of the home have sued Biebs for assault and battery over the treatment they received in the months leading up to the incident.

Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz claim in the lawsuit, obtained by E! News, that after hearing Bieber's Ferrari speed by early on March 27, 2013, Jeffrey "calmly" went to the singer's house and "politely" requested that he not speed. Jeffrey says that's when Bieber got his "two large bodyguards" to approach and ask him to leave.

However, as he was walking away Bieber allegedly "launched into an unprovoked tirade, threatening to 'f--king kill'" Jeffrey. Beiber's bodyguards then held him back while the singer continued to threaten Jeffrey and "maliciously spit" in his face.

Bieber's head of security later went to the Schwartz's home to apologize for the spitting. But a few months later, the couple had another bad run-in with Bieber's team. In May 2013, the suit claims that his entourage yelled obscenities and threats at Suzanne Schwartz and the couple's daughter while passing them near the main entrance to the gated Calabasas community.

Over Memorial Day weekend that same year, Schwartz and a friend allegedly went over to Bieber's house again because they had seen a young man speeding by in the singer's Ferrari. Bieber's bodyguards met them outside the house and began mocking the pair, even calling Jeffrey a "little Jew boy."

On Jan. 9, 2014, the Schwartz's house was egged and security footage confirmed that the singer was the culprit. Bieber pleaded no contest and paid $80,000 in restitution for the damage done to their home. The Schwartz's new lawsuit against Bieber is seeking unspecified damages for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress and trespass.
