 Last weekend, hip hop blogger Karen Civil celebrated her 30th birthday wearing Haitian-Italian Designer, Stella Jean Panelled Shirt Dress paired with black pumps. Earlier today, Rihanna was spotted wearing the same Stella Jean shirt dress at the White House. Rihanna styled her look with open toe sandals and her hair up in a bun.
