Pregnant Kate Middleton Down with Severe Morning Sickness; Pulls out of Royal Engagement

 The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their second child, it has been announced. And once again, Kate is down with severe morning sickness, and has had to pull out of an engagement in Oxford today.
