 She's definitely no stranger to parading her killer curves in form-flattering outfits.

But Kim Kardashian took things to a new level when she stepped out in Soho, New York City on Tuesday morning, looking like she'd forgotten her clothes.

Jaws dropped when The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star hit the streets in a flesh-coloured top that was such an exact match for her bronzed skin, you'd be forgiven for thinking she was topless.

'But I do realise I'm going to have to go through the pregnancy again. It was a really difficult pregnancy. I would love two more, but I'll have one more and I'll see.'

Kim also admitted the New Slaves hitmaker has changed since he got married and became a father.

She added: 'He's always been really protective and treated me like part of a team from day one. But I've seen a change in him as a dad and as a person since hes become a dad, [he's] really softened up.'
