BET President, Stephen Hills apologises for tasteless joke about Blue Ivy's hair

Apparently in a bid to savage the situation, BET President, Stephen Hills has issued an apology to Beyonce and Jay Z after a tasteless joke was made by Karrueche Tran about Blue Ivy's hair to the MTV VMAs. Karrueche was guest on a segment of BET's 106 & Park on Monday, and while on the show, she joked about Blue's hair. Piqued by the remarks, fans of the Carters came after Karrueche on social media and in turn, Kae apologised and said she was only reading a script.


According to reports, that one joke has caused BET a terrible ripple effect as fans also came for their head. Sources say, the show will be shutdown for a while, probably for the rest of the week and that writers and producers responsible for that script have been fired.
