Yobe Government Donates N100 Million To Victims Of Boko Haram Attack

Victims of the bloody attack, launched by Boko Haram insurgents on the Federal Government College, Buni-Yadi, on February 25, have received financial help from the Yobe Government.

Apart from donating N100 million, the officials also deployed security operatives and vigilante groups to search for missing students.

According to the Chairman of the special Committee set to assist the victims, Ahmed Goniri, the body members will collaborate with  the school authority to ascertain the number of students missing and also meet with their parents.

It would be recalled that Boko Haram attack on Yobe school claimed lives of 59 school children, making it one of the most cruel massacres in the history of country continuing insurgency.
